2019 esCarpade Day 7 - Horsham to Inglewood to Echuca

The boys woke up to a windy, wet and cold morning in Horsham...

Heading to breakfast, the decision was made to drive the bitumen to lunch in Inglewood.

Breakfast at the Horsham Angling Club.

Like crows lined up in a fence...  Sitting out of the wind in the sun!

The final driver briefing for 2019...

The boys headed out onto the bitumen...  By this time it was sunny, of course!

Angus had a snooze along the way - might as well since there were no route notes to read...

Stopped for a coffee in freezing cold St Arnaud...

Temperature  57F... aka 13.9C... and blowing a gale!

Oncoming!

Logan Pub...

Sunny, downtown Inglewood...

Some local hot rods were on hand at the lunch venue...

The boys were there well before lunchtime (because they went up the bitumen), and it was freezing cold and blowing a gale... they hid in the car for a while!

Retro Rock-It from all angles...

Another nice car turned up...  An XT Falcon GT...

Lunch time!

After lunch, the boys decided to do the dirt for the final 139km of esCarpade 2019...

Tony wanted some company, so 808 features in most of the shots!

Incredibles receiving some loving from Avengers...

Massive pothole - slow down people!!

The boys ended up passing through Rochester... regular blog readers would remember this pub from 2016 when Booger Mobile busted its transmission - only first and reverse leaving this pub!

Retro Rock-It made it past the pub with transmission intact!

More wide loads to watch out for...

Marshalled up ready to parade into Echuca...

Parading...

Turning into the Port of Echuca, where Camp Quality families were waiting...

Parked...

Time to throw lollies at the kids!

Camp Quality families having an awesome time... and the esCarpadians were too!!

Old meets... err...

Slightly less old!

Murray River...

After water fights and throwing lollies at the kids, it was time to head to the motel...

In NSW...

It's like the boys are a whole state closer to home, now!

All that remains for the 2019 Camp Quality esCarpade is the celebration tonight, and the long drive home tomorrow...
