The boys woke up early, packed Retro Rock-It, looked at the sky and thought the day might be interesting... It had been raining quite heavily during the night...
Ready to rock and roll!!
Got to breakfast nice and early to find the Rotary Club cooking up a delicious breakfast...
And coffee!
Morning driver briefing... the first section was very rough, and not recommended for anyone without good ground clearance... In addition to this, if you wanted to do the school drive-by, you were not allowed to do the first section...
But first, lining up for the official group photo...
There was a drone to get some overhead pics... the local birds didn't take kindly to it!
The boys decided to do the school visit, which meant skipping the first section...

Wasn't too long before they were on the dirt!
This was still an interesting track!
And popping out onto the Newell Highway again!
Then back on the dirt!
This was the start of some very interesting sections!

This section had heaps of potholes and ruts...
And bogholes!

Conveniently located puddle... back and forth to wash the undercarriage!
Stop... the bridge was out ahead - more route note changes!

At the Manilla Bowls Club for a delicious lunch...
Giddy Up had a bit of a mishap...
The Bowls Club also made an amazing donation of $1000 to Camp Quality!

After lunch, it was a short and cruisy trip to Armidale... Damian was driving.
There was a bit of dirt though...
Happy brothers on esCarpade!
Quick cabanossi stop on the way through...
And arriving safely in downtown Armidale!
